A lot of resume builders let you type for free and then ask for a card before the download. Some of those trials become a repeating charge if you do not cancel. Dated prices for the builders we compared are on the comparison pages, with the check date on each one.
Job searching is temporary. A resume does not need a plan that keeps billing after the search is over.

Keyword lists and the example job postings are written by FairCV. Each example posting is original. It is not copied from an employer. Wage figures are copied from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook and were checked on October 6, 2026. Where the Handbook has no exact job title, the page names the nearest published occupation and says so.
Competitor prices come from each company’s pricing page on October 6, 2026. The Zety pricing page did not load that day, and the Jobscan pricing page returned a bot check. Those two comparison pages keep the older figures and say they were not re-confirmed. FairCV does not publish a social profile it does not operate, and it does not publish a star rating.
